How is this different from what StoragePug or Tenant Inc. offer?

StoragePug is primarily a website + marketing platform. Tenant Inc. is a full FMS. Both have rudimentary rate management features. Yieldlock is a dedicated revenue management layer that sits on top of your existing FMS — we don't replace what you have, we make it smarter.

Won't Public Storage and Extra Space just build this?

They've already built it — for themselves. We're not selling to them. We're selling to the ~50,000 independent and small-portfolio operators who don't have a 30-person revenue team. Our wedge is being purpose-built for that segment.

What does it cost?
